Ep 370 – Galway Association London President’s Golf Day

This week we are at the annual London Galway Association Golf Day.

Taking place at Mill Hill Golf Club, this fundraising day brings together teams of various skill levels, ranging from nearly professional to those that just do it for fun.

We meet the event’s organisers and hear from Brian Boylan, talking about his charity, Reach Out, which gives badly needed support to elderly Irish people in London.

Amongst prizes to be won is the Sean Burke Cup, given out to the best performing player on the day. Sean and his brother Bobby, were founder members of the Galway Association in London. Sean passed in 2020.
