Ep 475 – Brent Irish Advisory Service and Extraordinary Fundraiser for Springhill Hospice

In Part One, we visit one of Brent Irish Advisory Service’s weekly dance and social gathering, where music, friendship and conversation bring people together, highlighting the importance of community connections and wellbeing.

In Part Two, we meet Alex Haddock and James Dawson, two remarkable young men, who completed an extraordinary fundraising challenge for Springhill Hospice.

The pair ran an incredible 240 miles from Rochdale to London over six days before finishing with the London Marathon, raising more than £51,000 to support the hospice’s vital work.
