Ep 248- Mayor of Limerick visits Manchester, the Hare and Hounds pub in Gorton fundraises for a defibrillator and Nathan Carter sings

This week…
In Part 1, we’re in Manchester to meet the Councillor Daniel Butler, Mayor of the City and County of Limerick. He’s here to strengthen ties between Limerick and the UK. Also, he awards a scroll from the people of Limerick to Dr Gerry Collins, a Consultant Surgeon, for all his contributions to the local community. Dr Gerry went above and beyond during the pandemic helping people to resolve their health issues.
In Part 2, we’re at the Hare and Hounds in Gorton, Manchester. Julie Kennedy, the Land Lady has organised several fundraising events to buy a defibrillator to keep behind the bar. These lifesaving devices need to be more accessible to everyone and Julie’s pub can now be added to the list of locations. We meet the fundraisers and some of the locals.
And finally.. Nathan Carter sings out the show with is new track, Rambling Rover.
