This week on The Irish in the UK
In Part 1… Emma Brickland from Eurogold Group presents a cheque for £30,000 to Hope house Hospice. Earlier in the year, Eurogold organised a charity golf day at the Marriot Hotel in Manchester. The event raised an amazing amount of money for the hospice, providing vital fund to this essential service, supporting seriously ill children and their families. We talk to Nicola Eyes from Hope house Hospice and find out just how valuable a donation like this is.
In Part 2… We are at the Liverpool Irish centre to join in the celebrations with Ciara Loughran, World Champion Irish dancer. Ciara has always had the one great ambition, to be the best!
We meet her family and friends and find out just how much dedication it takes to become a dancer at her level.
