Ep 374 – London Wexford Association Summer Party and Surprise Celebration for Annette Deacy.

In Part 1… We’re at the London Wexford Association summer Party. Chairperson Lucia Butler has organised this second annual summer party that brings together people from all across Ireland. We meet up with the Kiely sisters, Kathleen and Peggy and talk about their late brother John Kiely, the country singer from the 1970s.

In Part 2… Annette Deacy has worked as the Headteacher of Christ The King RC Primary School for many years. To celebrate her retirement, her husband and family organised a surprise party and we were there to capture that moment when she walked through the door. A mixture of shock, horror and happiness.
