Ep 379 – The Black Swan and the Bull pubs & St Vincent’s GAA fun day

In Part 1… Nearly two years ago, we met up with the syndicate of 14 who bought and ran the Black Swan pub in Luton. Such has been their success of returning a popular pub to the community that they’ve done it again. This time, it’s the Bull at Barton. Despite being closed for 4 years, the team have brought it back to life and re-launched it as a gastro pub.

We meet the team behind these ventures and catch up on a bit of local history.

In Part 2… We join St Vincent’s GAA for their family fun day. First set up in 1960, the club has teams across all ages and genders.

We meet up with the coaches and Chairman Kevin Durkin and enjoy a lively day in the sun.
