Tonight on the Irish in the UK we are at a big fundraising event organised by John Brennan at the Leeds Irish Centre for the Christie Hospital in Manchester with Dominic and Barry Kirwan providing the entertainment.
Irish Community Care in Manchester was first formed in 1985 and has done wonderful work caring for the Irish Community, we recently went along to their Christmas party at St Kentigerns Social Club and chatted to some of the people involved.
